Corporate patronage

If you want to go fast, go alone… if you want to go far, go together! Like any association, Beauval Nature is stronger with partners who can help us to provide high-quality support and widen our scope to help save many endangered species.

How does corporate patronage work?

Patronage is essential support (in the form of a donation) given by a business, without any compensation, to a non-profit organisation to carry out activities that are in the public interest.

Donations can take one of 3 forms:

  • In cash: the business grants a cash donation, on a one-off or repeated basis.
  • In kind: the business donates movable property (e.g. food, computers), or real estate (e.g. premises).
  • In services: the business provides a service or makes its staff available to the organisation.

Beauval Nature receives all of these forms of donation, and it is thanks to these donations that the association can carry out its work. All donations help to sustain the various conservation and research programmes supported by the association.

How do tax reductions on donations work?

As the Beauval Nature association is recognised as being in the public interest, businesses can obtain a tax reduction of 60% of their donation, up to a limit of 0.5% of their turnover.

Find all the information you need about corporate patronage on the official administrative information website for businesses.
